A multi-award winner for business networking and loves to coach and mentor business owners and care professionals. He has an extensive background in relationship marketing and has a keen interest in mindset and mental health resilience training.


Is an expert trainer in the duty of candour, helping people in organisations to understand the importance of always communicating when things go wrong, understanding mistakes happen and can be put right through being open and honest.


Working as a professional consultant for 40 years, James has delivered site visits and health & safety training at care homes throughout the UK. His insights into the importance of building a safety culture in care homes must be listened to.


Rosie has worked her whole career in social care, specifically in care homes. She has delivered face to face Dementia Care Training at Care Homes all over the UK, helping Care Providers to train staff with person-centred care and awareness of Dementia.


Sandra joined the North Wales Fire & Rescue Service as a fire fighter at the age of 19. She has progressed through her career to become a Fire Safety Awareness Trainer, delivering talks in schools, care homes and organisations to train in awareness of fire.


Mark is the founder of VR CARE, a Virtual Reality Technology and Immersive Content Production Solution for Care Providers. He is an expert in providing training on how to deliver VR in the care setting in a safe way, ensuring positive outcomes with residents.
